About Surah An-Nazi’aat :
Surah An-Nazi’aat is makkiah, descended to afirm the inevitable and unescapable fact of the resurrection, same as surah An-Nabaa ( read the article of surah An-Nabaa), which is a fact the Satan always tries to manipulate the human being not to believe it.
Surah An-Nazi’aat started with an oath, where the glory of Allah (swt) was sworn in, but if the verse came in the form of oath, then the aim was to alert muslims to the importance of the sworn matter and the importance of the oath’s response.
Allah (swt) swore by some of his creatures, to show the greatness of their own, that what Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), came to him from the order of resurrection, and the display of all creatures on their Lord on the Day of judgment; is a fact that can not be denied or disaffirmed by the disbelievers, and the day of resurrection will be a day in which horrors will be great, and eyes will be downcast.

Explanation تفسير of verses 1-9 :
By those ˹angels˺ stripping out ˹evil souls˺ har
verse 1
and those pulling out ˹good souls˺ gently
verse 2
and those gliding ˹through heavens˺ swiftly,
verse 3
and those taking the lead vigorously
verse 4
and those conducting affairs ˹obediently˺!
verse 5
˹Consider˺ the Day ˹when˺ the quaking Blast will come to pass,1
verse 6
followed by a second Blast.
verse 7
˹The deniers’˺ hearts on that Day will be trembling ˹in horror˺,
verse 8
with their eyes downcast.
verse 9
˹But now˺ they ask ˹mockingly˺, “Will we really be restored to our former state,
verse 10
even after we have been reduced to decayed bones?”
verse 11
Adding, “Then such a return would be a ˹total˺ loss ˹for us˺!”
verse 12
But indeed, it will take only one ˹mighty˺ Blast,
verse 13
and at once they will be above ground.
verse 14
Has the story of Moses reached you ˹O Prophet˺?
verse 15
His Lord called him in the sacred valley of Ṭuwa,
verse 16
˹commanding,˺ “Go to Pharaoh, for he has truly transgressed ˹all bounds˺.
verse 17
And say, ‘Would you ˹be willing to˺ purify yourself,
verse 18
and let me guide you to your Lord so that you will be in awe ˹of Him˺?’”
verse 19
Then Moses showed him the great sign,1
verse 20
but he denied and disobeyed ˹Allah˺,
verse 21
then turned his back, striving ˹against the truth˺.
verse 22
Then he summoned ˹his people˺ and called out,
verse 23
saying, “I am your lord, the most high!”
verse 24
So Allah overtook him, making him an example in this life and the next.
verse 25
Surely in this is a lesson for whoever stands in awe of ˹Allah˺.
verse 26
Which is harder to create: you or the sky?1 He built it,
verse 27
raising it high and forming it flawlessly.
verse 28
He dimmed its night, and brought forth its daylight.
verse 29
As for the earth, He spread it out as well,1
verse 30
bringing forth its water and pastures
verse 31
and setting the mountains firmly ˹upon it˺—
verse 32
all as ˹a means of˺ sustenance for you and your animals.
verse 33
But, when the Supreme Disaster1 comes to pass—
verse 34
the Day every person will remember all ˹their˺ striving,
verse 35
and the Hellfire will be displayed for all to see—
verse 36
then as for those who transgressed
verse 37
and preferred the ˹fleeting˺ life of this world,
verse 38
the Hellfire will certainly be ˹their˺ home.
verse 39
And as for those who were in awe of standing before their Lord and restrained themselves from ˹evil˺ desires,
verse 40
Paradise will certainly be ˹their˺ home.
verse 41
They ask you ˹O Prophet˺ regarding the Hour, “When will it be?”
verse 42
But it is not for you to tell its time.1
verse 43
That knowledge rests with your Lord ˹alone˺.
verse 44
Your duty is only to warn whoever is in awe of it.
verse 45
On the Day they see it, it will be as if they had stayed ˹in the world˺ no more than one evening or its morning.
verse 46
