Introduction
Allah Almighty is our creator, our protector, the one and only. The first pillar in Imaan (faith) in Islam is belief in Allah. the Asmaul Husna and attributes of Allah Almighty are one of the essentials, you as a Muslim need to know. When the Muslims invest their effort in knowing and learning about Allah Almighty, he is doing what he was created for. As a result, we must learn about Allah through his beautiful names and attributes. the more we learn about Allah Almighty, the more we enhance our beliefs and faith in Allah Almighty.
The prophet Muhammad (SAW) said the following:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise.”
Allah Almighty said in the Holy Quran:
Allah has the Most Beautiful Names. So call upon Him by them, and keep away from those who abuse His Names.1 They will be punished for what they used to do.
Surah Al-A’raf: 180
As Muslims, we repeat Allah’s names in our daily prayers for protection, good health, comfort, riches, removal of poverty, success, and acceptance of our prayers. There is nothing more sacred and blessed than understanding the names of Allah and living by them. How do we expect to worship, love, fear, pray and trust our creator, The Almighty Allah if we don’t know who He is?

For example, those who repeat Al-Rahman: 100 times after each Fard (Obligatory) prayer will have a good memory, a keen awareness, and be free of a heavy heart. who repeats the Al-Malik’s name many times every day after the Fajr prayer will become rich by the grace of Allah. who repeats Ar-Rafi’s Name 101 times day and night, Allah will make him higher, as far as honor, richness, and merit are concerned
